Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Important: You must send us a video of the item while opening your parcel to verify the condition of the product at the time of delivery.
Certain products, such as intimate clothing, personal care items, and electronics, may not be eligible for return. Check the product page for any specific return policies.
To start a return, please contact us at Info@yaqta.com with your order number, the video of you opening the package, and a brief description of the issue.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and the video footage of the package opening, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, a shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
In case of defective or damaged products, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Shipping for exchanged products will be the customer’s responsibility unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.
Non-Returnable Items
Items marked as Final Sale are non-returnable.
Gift cards, downloadable software, and personalized items cannot be returned.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company. Processing times vary by financial institution.
